Holy Crap JD! Can I be your huckleberry? Just the tip alone could have paved the road to your house, or perhaps paid to build a tram from your home to the Dangermobiles resting place.

JD isn't going anywhere, he's just going to sell his beautiful car to someone that will love and care for it and drive it hard. You don't have to own a Porsche to be a good forum member. You just have to love Porsches. 
I have a guy coming to look at my 2000 'S' Sunday. If he buys it he will get a bullet proof car with thousands put into it that I will never re-coop. Well maintained, solid Boxster 'S' are becoming more scarce on the eat coast.
JD I think with that dirt road maybe one of these is in your future (GTS):
