Best bet is to find out who made the pedals and contact the manufacturer.

I know that the Rennline grip/non-grip pedal sets are different. The pedal sets with grip dots are concave around the holes so the grip dots are countersunk. Whereas the pedal sets without grips (aka perforated) are convex and raised around the holes to provide some level of traction (because they don't have rubber grip dots). Thus, the Rennline pedals are different so you can't just buy the grip dots and insert them into a non-grip/performated pedal.

However, since your pedals have the countersunk holes, if you can't find the manufacturer, I'd try contacting Rennline and see if they can sell you some grip dots to see if they might work.
