P1128 check engine light code

Hi fellas, my car's been getting a check engine light on and off now for a P1128 bank 1 system too lean but only 1 code. Usually it would go with a P1130 but not this time. I took out the MAF and cleaned it with MAF cleaner spray, put it back, reset the computer and all was good for a month. Yesterday, it came back on, same P1128. I'm looking for a new MAF sensor but notice there seems to be 2 types for this 2001 986.

MAF with or without electronic throttle? How can I find out which type my car uses? Should I change the oxygen sensors too while I'm at it? How many O2 sensors are there in a 2001 2.7 engine (2 or 4)? I didn't see any air leaks when I was in there.

thanks,

Mike
