Im Back

Back into the madness. Sold my boxster back in Feb, and now just sold my speedster and bought an 03 boxster with 17,000 miles one owner, beautiful car and PPI was flawless. Already has the short throw shift kit which my last one didnt and what a difference it makes. Will go right back to fabspeed exhaust again, and will do the IMS in time...but will not do anything else to this car except drive the shizzle out of it!

Sharp car! I usually only like black convertible tops but your looks good with that color combo!

Welcome back!

Yes - 356 built by Vintage speedsters. this is my second and favorite as I had it built in the same color as my boxster, with black wheels, center exit exhaust, etc. Had a race bullet exhaust and it is a total cruiser...

Welcome back! What made you decide to sell the 356? Looks like a dream car. Even more impractical than a Boxster?

You know, I just really missed my boxster. I love my speedster, it is such a cool car, but it is air cooled and seems like every 5 minutes you have to adjust something. It is absolutely beautiful, quick, etc but it really is not that practical. Have to have collector insurance, cant really drive it too much, etc...but overall really wanted back into the boxster world.

I really like the monochromatic look of the stone top with the silver paint. Nice! Like the Carrera Light wheels too.

Welcome back Trimer. I love the lines of a 356 but the Boxster is just pure fun to drive.

Thanks everyone. Yeah the top looks really good in that color combo. Never seen it before. Here's another pic...these came with the car when new I guess. He also put spacers to extend the wheels out just a bit to really fill up the wheel wells.

I was wondering what happened to you in terms of selling your gray Boxster. Digging on the new one!

looks snappy with the silver soft top. I might have to consider that meself.

p.s.
10 year old single row bearing car with less than 18K miles? I wouldn't put off that IMS swap. Even if you just go with the cheaper bearing.
