what kind of glue for the drip pan?

I have a small leak on the foam drip pan on the passenger side, i have found it but what kind of glue should i use?
Silicon or stronger stuff?

I used something similar, gonna let it dry for a day or two and with a bit of luck.
The hole is in the front right under the top mechanism but i think i got it.
