Trans. 2000s 6-speed bolt to 99 2.5L?

Hello,

Title pretty much says it all, will a 99 2.5l motor bolt up to a 2000 s (3.2l) 6speed trans?

If not, how much of a hassle is it to adapt? (I know some outfit out there does some sort of adaptation for some P-cars).

Thanks, PK

Axles, shifter, flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder, trans mounts and exhaust brackets. I think.
