Hi Topless,
Is there a site for more details on the country club event? I'm likely to be in the area at that time and I'd love to stop by.

Come on down! It is our regular monthly breakfast starting at 9am. Arrive early for Porsche ogling as we will be parking on the lawn. You can join in for cars and coffee free or a buffet breakfast is $15 all inclusive. One of our members will be telling a wild tale about his Cayman experience and we give away a bunch of free Porsche swag. I expect 50+ cars and everything from early 356s, early 911s, 930 turbos, lots of Boxsters and 991s.
The address and google map at the link below. The more the merrier:

I'll be the guy in the Porsche hat.
Actually, I plan to drive Lil Red and I am often enlisted to MC the announcements and give away free raffle Porsche swag. If I think of it I'll give a shout out to 986Forum members. Here is a pic from a drivers meeting at Fontana. I am the dude in the middle with hat, glasses in shirt, and vivid hand gestures. It must have been a good story...

Sorry I didn't see your post til now. Missed it.
These monthly breakfast meetings are always open to the public. You don't have to be a PCA member or a member of the region. Just come and hang out. If you sign in you get a raffle ticket for door prizes (Porsche swag). Maybe we'll see you next month. See the link below for details, address, map etc.

Topless,
Sorry that I miss you guys, but I returned from a long business trip to Japan and it seems that I have not recovered from the time change yet.
But I wanted to ask you to please drive my car and get your opinion on the noise coming from the differential...
I am looking forward to meet you guys next month, Lakewood it's fairly close to Yorba Linda..
