8 Ball Registered User Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Portland, Oregon Posts: 26	Oregon Plates In Portland you can go for a long time with no front plate but apparently parking codes require front plates also and I have gotten 3 tickets so far for parking without a front plate. I got fed up of paying the fine and put the plate on.
