The article said that both 986's and 996's were selling very, very cheap these days because the poor economy has lots of sellers and few buyers, so it's a buyer's market. The article went on to give lots of facts and figures about our cars that was interesting to me considering I didn't know what enhancements had been made to our model Porsche since it was brought out in 1997. BTW, my 1997 was sold retail for $39,995 base price.
