thstone Certified Boxster Addict Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 7,669	I just jake it up and use jack stands but ramps can also work. Definitely no need for a lift (but very nice to have!). Easy to get underneath. The oil drain plug is right in the center of the bottom of the engine and the oil filter is right next to it. Easy breezy. If you were in LA, I'd come by and do it with you.
