Completely normal for the rotor surface to rust if the rotor gets wet. The rust will be scrubed off as soon as the brakes are applied. Nothing to worry about.

Rust on the hub or hat area is purely a cosmetic concern.

Yeah real good deal!
Comes with ceramics too. Idk. Maybe I'll try them out and post back.
The price is low enough to take the risk.

Also interested on feedback about the listed rotors. I'm wondering if they hold up ok during DEs, for instance.

I purchased the Balo's and Mintex pads from Pelican. The rotors are German made and was an OEM supplier for Porsche at one time.
