Appreciate that pic, but it's a little different than mine. I did manage to find the "missing" hose that connected to that motor flap and ended up adding in about 3" of extra tubing as it seemed too short and was "kinking" when put back together (I actually thought this might have been the source of the vacuum leak).

Managed to get it all back together before the sun went down and took it for a spin to test my work. Upon initial start, I got all excited because it sounded like the hissing was gone. Idle seemed fine and didn't appear to hunt at all. While driving it though, the idle dips even lower now when decelerating to a stop. Once I stop completely, it dips to about 250RPM, surges a couple times between 250 and 400ish then levels off around 500-600 steady. Goin in reverse, the idle is really low too, around 250-300.

Guess I'll try to get it to the stealership this week and have a proper test done once and for all (i've been chasing this since i bought the car it seems... years).

Just glad it's semi back together for now!
