You can get it done for around $500 if you look around.
For putting it on yourself, it will be very difficult to do the bumper on your own. The rest is pretty straight forward and regular shapes. The bumper has a lot of ins and outs that make it difficult if you don't know exactly how to do it.
Maybe you can find a shop that will do the bumper for you and you can do the rest. I'd hate for you to work hard to do the bumper then be PO'ed because it's not perfect and you have to remove it.
