need help with hardtop install

So I've been searching this site for the answer but no luck.
I know the top needs Spin-locks for the back part of the top to secure it to but I have a problem with that.
There seems to be something there that I can't take out to install the top.
I've included a picture to show what I'm talking about.

there is no screw to tighten it from the side and I can't seem to pop it out.
Has anyone ran into something like this?
I've tried prying it out put it's really stuck in there.
It looks to be the locks for a Speedster hump..

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Garage
you are right.
these are the looks for after market speedster humps.
try some WD-40, and push it up from the screw hole, using a screwdriver.
you can also use a small pry-bar to widen the gap.
