It was cool post and despite the conclusions in the Sept excellence comparing Cayman and 911, I think the differences are nominal at this point. It's down to what model you love not really about which one kicks ass they all do.

After having driven both of these cars at the track at about 80%, and the Carrera S, my conclusion is that they are all 90% the same car to drive. On the road, there's almost no difference at all in responsiveness, useable power, and handling. People who want a 911 for whatever reason will buy a 911, but I see no reason to pick it over the Boxster for someone who will never be on the track or just recreationally tracking.

I think most know how I feel about the new cars compared to the old cars in general.

Great comparison and good video, but no surprise; Porsche let the Boxster get close, but not go beyond the 911.

I was surprised at the amount of body roll from the new Boxster in the corners;
