Changed a burned out rear side marker bulb. Not just any ol' bulb I had laying around which would fit, (like a 4.6 watt "194" I had in my bulb stash), but the exact right bulb I made a special trip to the auto parts store to track down, a 3.0 watt specification "2821" (perhaps originally strictly specified for the application by Dr. Ferdinand.

You've just got to love it when you can properly repair a high performance German automobile with a common part from the shelf of an auto parts store. (A rare occurrence indeed!)
