Or be like the Tech that was in my class last weekend in Boston. He has been leaving all the tensioners installed in the engine during the procedure. He didn't like it when I pointed him out in class after his boasting and said "Did all of you hear that? This person has been carrying an improper retrofit procedure".

Last week we had a car come in that lost a connecting rod. It had been retrofitted and the Tech that did the procedure left the center nut finger tight. I literally removed it with my fingers, no tools required. I videoed it and will post it soon.
