Yes, I had the same problem a couple of years ago (Boxster, Lexus, and Avalon) - two separate garages. I now liberally throw month balls on my garage floor and corners and use one of those mouse repellers you plug into the wall. So far so good (though I still check my filters monthly during the winter months.
