Help! Steering Wheel Airbag

Last week my horn became possessed and started randomly beeping as I was driving (embarrassing) .

So, I figured out that I need to replace/repair the bushings behind the airbag cover.....simple enough.

PROBLEM: I cannot get the two bolts (30 Torx) behind the wheel to budge! My son who is much stronger than I am even tried to loosen them and no luck....

Any ideas.....tips.....tricks?

Thanks guys
