Mr. Frost would have loved a Porsche:

Driving Back Roads on a Dec Evening

Whose roads these are I think I know.
Their homes are in the village though;
They will not see me driving here
To watch my car carve up their roads.

My little car must think it queer
To drive so slow because a mailbox near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his tips a mighty shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of breezy wind and tire wear.

The roads are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

How can JD survive the IMS Bearing replacement?

How can JD survive the IMS Bearing replacement?
When he can’t see his 986 hiding in some auto establishment;

His IMS bearing, original Porsche reign,
Has been known to fail, causing extreme price pain;

You can read about his thoughts torturing him,
Is he doing the right thing? His day seems grim;

I say to Johnny Danger, keep your thoughts bright,
You are doing the right thing, get some rest tonight;

Soon you will have a new bearing that will last much longer,
And it will make the Dangermobile motor extremely stronger!

Bearing strong, in Speed Yellow skin,
He has the LN solution;
Bespoke exhaust and suspension,
He cares not for polution!

Miles are low, but will they go
Higher; now that trust is apparant.
Money spent wisely, sleep had soundly,
Now that complete is the transplant!

Poetry is so 1800's, I think I'll need to add a Songify to this thread to bring it up to date.

Pre Race Prayer - Songified

Why do birds suddenly appear ... when my bearing starts to shear ? .... Because just like LNE ... they want to be ... close to me.

Since my poetry has become too purple for everyone, I decided to hire my own poet. It's amazing what you can get for minimum wage. Here's an example:

Rose are red ... violets are blue ... if you don't change your oil regularly ... it will turn to goo.

Phew, Keats has nothing on this guy !

Why Does My Boxster Create So Much Pride?

Why does my Boxster create so much owner pride?
After all this time, walking away I still glance aside;

Far from variation or thoughts to change,
Newly-found models seem to be a little strange;

Why still drive thy nine-eight-six, always the same?
Because every exhaust note calls my name;

Why bother buying something new, tis money well spent?
Performance and reliability, still an argument;

Steering, balance and control, nothing can compare,
The exquisite sounds of thy M96 mid-engine are quite rare;

O, Boxster, I take much owner pride in you,
For my best, dressing old parts to make look new;

For as the sun is daily, new and old,
So is my joy driving nine-eight-six, never to be sold.
