I do not think it's the ball joint, its the bushing next to it. I cropped it here in this photo. I don't think this part can be replaced? I think the whole arm does. I'm just trying to find out from some of you guys before I order... I do see a ball joint replacement in your link (and thank you) but it's not the part that is in the photo below...

The bushing is definitely your problem. I'm just saying that it's nice to have the replaceable ball joint because those do go out too. So you eventually could be looking at replacing the whole arm again for another worn out part in the future.

It's a real pain to replace the bushing, but if your feeling industrious, Powerflex does make a replacement bushing, for $93 for both sides.

What year is your car? Looks like 98~03 use the same part.
I have a used arm from an 02 if you are interested.
It's a good part from a car that was parted out due to a bad engine.
