Do you have any pedal at all after bleed? If you have even a small amount of pedal and when you press hard on it you get a hard pedal feel followed by a gradual sinking toward the floor the Master cyl is toast. If you changed the brakes and everything before the change was copacetic then it's likely not the master. However if you started messing with bleeding because the pedal has been squirrel-y then it sounds like the master.
