I thank all of you for helping. New fuel pump on order. Also tried to order a key switch from Porsche but was told to go after the relay in the trunk area which is controled by the box under the seat. This controls the fuel injection ? Yikes ? I did bypass the fuel pump relay with a jump wire and did not hear a a pump running. There was current draw on the jump wire as a little spark occured each time of connection. So.. the europarts.com key switch was a bust, no pump noise with power to pump. Taking Advil after the key switch afternoon exercise. Thanks again to all of you. Wife calmed down and took the Volvo.
