Dashboard Trim Strip Removal

Hey guys.

Does anyone know how to remove the 3 horizontal trim strips that goes along the lower 1/3rd of the dash (see photo).

I'm thinking about having these strips painted Carrera white to match the body color and my center console... but I just dont know where to start to try to get it out.

I know that Suncoast sells an "aluminum look trim strip set", but i'm not sure if it's just a cover (like the gauge rings) or if its a full replacement strip thats been painted.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Cheers

Mark

There have been a couple of threads about it over the past few years. Try a search.
