Oil Drip. Can you pinpoint the cause?

Hello.
My Box started dripping oil.
I live in a condo and don't have an easy way to lift the car. I'll get it checked but since I'm worried I placed a digital camera under the car and captured some pics.
It seems I managed to get photos of the area that is dripping, The problem is that I don't have a clue of what the pics show.
Car is a 97 986 2.5 with aprox 46,600 miles on the clock.
The oil drip is on the passenger side of the car. It's located just before the rear suspension.
I found this post that seems to describe the same or a very similar problem.

At least it does not look like IMS failure.
Any guesses?
Txs.

John
