Are you talking about those little brass nuts that hold the convertible latch down? If so there is a great link (I just can't find it) that shows you how to fix it. Lot's of inexpensive tools and parts to get that probably cost less then $40...in the end I decided to battle the little brass nuts myself and remove them piece by split piece (so much fun and a sore neck for a week). I then took it to a paint and body shop in Charlotte that put in permanent ones for $35 including tax...problem fixed forever now! Call your local Porsche parts department and ask them where they get them fixed. If you don't remove the split ones yourself it will cost more.

I'll wait for the experts on the black cloud
