Make sure you have the suspension fixed and an alignment done before you replace the tires. If you replace the tires first, and there are problems with the alignment or suspension, you will only trash the new tires. Fix the susp. first, then get tires. Then drive it like you stole it.

Oh yeah. Get the IMS fixed. You can do it yourself with the Bentley manual, reference to these message board (with Renntech.org and PelicanParts) and a little bit of work.
