If it's the issue I'm thinking of, it basically detailed going to Radio Shack or an online electronic supplier to buy new momentary switches for the circuit board, then solder them in place of the originals. If you still have the other remote and it's just the buttons that don't work (i.e it will still start the car) this may be your fix. If you're good w/ a micro soldering gun, you can most likely just remove the bad ones and take them with you looking for new ones (I think p/n / descriptions were listed in the article)

I'd send you a scan copy but I toss the mag when finished, sorry. It's generally a good read and worth the subscription price ($50 IIRC).
