It's true. I talked to Brad today. He is opening a new shop, has his online parts business, Grand Am team involvement, and working with Joe Schmoes like us, he was just spreading himself way too thin. If something fell through the cracks people got pretty ugly online. Nobody needs to live with that. He is shedding all the things that require lots of his time but return little or nothing. Boxsterspec.com was one of them.

I totally understand Brad wanting to simplify his life a bit. It is a shame though. While 986forum is the best general ownership Boxster site, Boxsterspec.com was by far the best "no bull" site for Spec racing. Perhaps the database and domain name will become available at some point. A lot of valuable knowledge is buried in there that can be found nowhere else.

Peace Brad. Wishing you well my friend.

no he still is doing his thing but he is just getting rid of some things that take too much of his time like his boxsterspec site.

Except that he has sold 914club.com, and is down while transitioning to it's new owners. Somhow I doubt he'll post Boxster stuff on a 914 site that he is no longer affiliated with.
