I'm amazed at the snow we got in the DFW area. I'm in the TCU area and have never seen snow like this in Texas. I had some fun today sliding around in an empty parking lot....always a good time. I will be thinking about these days when I'm burning up in the 100*+ summer in a few months....

That meant there was snow on the ground in 49 of the 50 states. Hawaii was the lone hold out.

No, there was snow at the top of Mauna Loa and Kea last I checked...it was there when we visited last year, as well.

Yea, I believe there's also a permanent snow cap on the top of Haleakala on Maui - 10,000+ ft. elevation. I was up there once to see the sun rise and it was 83 degrees down the valley, but 28 degrees at the top of the crater.

Cheers!

That proves you can't believe everything those rat bastard TV people tell you. Heard the 49 states / no snow in Hawaii stmt on 2 natl new stations. I'll check my facts / sources better next time.
