CDR220 Randomly Changes Source

This happens very rarely, but occassionally my CDR220 radio will just switch sources. I'll be listening to my iPod on AUX and it will switch to FM, or something similar. I was wondering if this happens to anyone else, if you have fixed it, or if it is a sign of something worse down the road?
Thanks,
-Rick

Mine would change radio stations by itself - before I put it out of its misery.

The "usual suspect" for a radio problem is the contacts on the faceplate. I'd try cleaning them as a first step.

I have the same problem, very occasionally, even after cleaning the faceplate contacts.

I'll check the faceplate connectors. Like I said it doesn't happen often, I was just curious about it.

Mine has trouble changing stations....it's very tough to dial in a specific frequency when using the right knob. This is my 3rd radio, all replaced under warranty when the car was new. I've arrived at the conclusion that this radio is just a piece of junk and will be replacing it once this one bites the dust. And I'm pretty sure it's on its way out since the CD player is broken....
