Yes. After my initial concern I talked to Brad Roberts. He said "just leave the bail open and drive it around. Some cup cars never close the bail." That's what I did and after three days or so the coolant level was stable. It just freaked me during the initial air purge watching the temp climb. I know what happens if it pegs 250F... After running a fleet of Toyotas for 30 years it just startled me how long it took to purge the air. All went according to plan though.
