That kind of behavior with the beeps is Becker-speak for "I'm getting ready for the trash heap - soon." For only $180 delivered from Crutchfield I got a JVC CD with built in HD Radio, +++, that sounds and operates far better than the Becker, even with the crap factory speakers. Lose the Becker, you won't be sorry.
