I know this is the wrong spot to post this but I think I have an extra extra clear 3rd brake light that I never used in the garage. Send me a pm if interested.

I got mine from Maxspeed. No problems and no need to reverse the wiring.

clear third brake light LED vs. Incadescent
I upgraded the 2000 boxter to the clear tops red bottoms rear brake lights, I would like to replace the red lens third brake light above the trunk with a clear one that will match the new rear lights and match the artic silver color of my car. Has anyone done this? and if you went with LED, did you notice a difference in color and /or brightness of the LED lights in the third brake light as compared to the incandescent bulbs in the rear tail light assemblies?
