My driveway is ridiculously steep, but I don't scrape by boxster provided that I approach at an angle as folks have already recommended. depending on how obssesive you are, you might take a look at these (or something similar):

My box is lowered at least one inch and I'd have no problem approaching your driveway at an angle and moving sloooooowly. Now getting out of your driveway onto the road would be a little harder, but I bet I could do that too at a crawl and at an acute angle.
