Hardtop Leaking

Hi,
I just washed my Boxster today and discovered a leak, that I didn't have last year. It is leaking out of the corner above the window where the hardtop and windshield meet. It is dripping a lot on both sides. It is also leaking just above the spinlocks, luckily being caught by the drain.
Does anyone have an tips or suggestions? I am wondering if the rubber seals are just getting old or shrinking?
Thanks!

Mine has done that only in high pressure car washes ever since it was new.
