Fuse question

I have looked at the fuse chart and can not find my answer. My bulbs on my cluster that light up the Lcd screens are not working (3LCD screens meaning the miles, temp, oil gauge. I switched out the LEDS I bought after finding out they did not light up. I then put back the stock bulbs and they didn't work as well.. my question is besides a bulb issue could it be a fuse.. if so what fuse would it be?

Check B1, B10 (both 15 amp), and E1 (7.5 amp).
