Hi,
I just installed the HR springs on my car.

For the labor alone- dealer wanted 900 plus 250 for alignment = 1150$
Indy shop wanted 750 and 200 for alignment. = 950$

I did it myself, and then took it to the dealer for the alignment.

The work is not hard at all. However it took all of 2 days. 6-8 hrs a day to do it. I had to buy some new tools, torque wrench, ball joint separator, large metric sockets, spring compressor, new caliper bolts, large metric open end wrench, lots and lots of brake cleaner.
If you do it yourself, PM me and I will tell you an easier way of doing it that shaved 2 hrs off at least for me.

James
