I can believe 34k for a complete paint job, looks like it was done right. And if you want to stand out then that color will work. Not really a show car imo as he claims, beyond the paint, the body upgrades and the interior accents it's not show worthy in any category. Too flashy for stock, not modded enough to truly be custom. At the very least it should be lowered, look at the wheel gap!

It'll never be mistaken for a GT3 by anyone who knows what they look like.
I actually like it, I'm a little embarrassed to admit.
$34k for a paint job, I can see how it cost that much if they took the car apart and painted under the interior, inside the doors, inside the engine bay, and whatnot, it's basically rebuilding the car. I just don't see doing that on a car that is intended to be driven on a road, as opposed to one that is meant to sit on a trailer and only come out for shows.

I see your point about that color on a track. Especially if the exterior were enhanced with some same hue blue and yellow, and the body had vendor stickers/decals on it. [don't know the right name for that stuff] But the interior has no recovery.

I lOVE that green....as for the interior, I've always felt that porsches had ugly interiors period....I was pleasantly surprised by the 987 interior....yet this guy found a way to make the interior even uglier! the fact that it is tan, and that sterring wheel...
again tho, I love the green!

I like the Green color, but it Def needs a different color interior. And he does say it just has a GT3 body kit that was installed during the painting process. 13 grand on the wheel? is that right? that means each rim costs almost 3 grand?

I'm sorry, but you can buy Dymag forged magneseum centers with Carbon Fiber rims for 9 grand. 13 large for those HREs? Someone is fibbing or someone was seen coming, I'm not sure which is worse.......
(you notice I remove my siggy pic when I load the barf guy!)
The black is really hard to keep clean!

Wow, I like that color!! Makes my Seal Grey look rather mundane. Not sure about the snakeskin, but I'd love to own that one.

Well THIS looks like the same shade of Viper Green that they use on the 997 GT3RS, which is HOT! It's bright but it ain't CANDY bright! Then again, I am someone who turned down Speed Yellow & Red to wait out Arctic Silver, so I guess I like 'em subtle. Something about that eBay listing makes it look like a giant sour apple Jolly Rancher... with a caramel center... and strips of snake skin... doesn't matter, though, because it will sell for sure.
I recently read that the 612 Scaglietti can be completely customized to your desire, but Luca Di Montezemolo has veto power on anything deemed tasteless. He recently turned down a request for a full croc interior on a 612. Really now... who would order such a thing???

Interesting pile of BS that someone actually bought because the car was sold to a winning bidder. Where are the photos of the car completely disassembled? Something way fishy on that one, buyer beware.

I dunno... a $34k 2004 carrera doesn't sound too bad.
edit: eww, 1999. Didn't realize how old it was. But I'd drive it for $34k. At that price, it better be in good working order. I bet it is, judging by the care taken for all the visible stuff.

The paint looks good. I don't think $34,000 good, but it looks quality. The snake skins on the other hand....
