Smile Boxster Part Numbers online!

Hi,
I have been trying to find a reliable source for part numbers and Boxster information, and until recently had a few sites that I visited to get information, but no one place had it all together.
I recently discovered that the source, Porsche, has all of this information in one place. They have all the Technical Parts Information on there website. I just wanted to let you guys know about this, and I highly recommend that you download the Boxster Parts Catalogue, it is 446 pages of diagrams, part numbers, and Boxster information.

I don't know if anyone else knew about this, but it is a great resource, so just thought I would share!

Here's the link:

Even of most of us knew of it (which might not be true) it is good to let the rest know.

So Thanks!

They only made 87 of the 550s (though many conspiracy buffs believe there's an elusive, unaccounted for, 88th). Limited production and special order.

The link works, but the catalog download link appears to be broken.

porsche part numbers

what you need is PET7.0. I recently downloaded it from a pay site I subscribe to, and it is very useful. it is the program the parts department at the dealership uses to look up parts. I downloaded it(about 5GB) in about 5-6 hours at work on dsl connection. I started it up and it updated itself over internet with porsche. now I can look at the same thing the dealer does. prices are updated automatically weekly, or as often as you would like. the diagrams are great, I sometimes use the parts diagrams as a guide for servicing porsches if the manuals I have don't show very good pictures.
