spine911 Registered User Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: orange county, ca Posts: 248	ToolPants, Thanks for posting such an enlightening thread about MM's reputation. I browsed at MM's site years ago and they only dealt with early Porsche engine rebuilds. I was surprised they now have a "986/996 program"- sounds too good to be true. Just for future reference( I hope no one will need such services), aside from the Dealer. Are there any OTHER RELIABLE sources for a rebuilt or new engine??
