Cadmium plated or not?

I just got my cross drilled rotors in from an eBay seller who will receive accolades for good customer service or be blacklisted (hopefully) by many here, depending on the answers to the questions below and how the seller handles the issue (if any issue exists)...

I have a couple of questions:

1) Are the front and rear rotors for a 97 the same size? If so, can anyone tell me what the correct size should be? (Boxster is home, I am at work!)

2) The top rotors in the pic are very shiny and bluish silver. The bottom rotors are yellowed a bit and even look a little rusty around the holes. I paid for cadmium plating on all four. Did they send me two non-plated rotors in your opinion?
