Hey Randall,
The Porsche Workshop Manual says:
Brake disc diameter-
Front: 298mm
Rear: 292 mm

But then they add...
Effective brake disc diameter:
Front: 250mm
Rear: 240.6mm

Brake drum diameter is 164mm.

Get out your measuring tape.
