I'd try placing one end of a large garbage bag under where the top meets the windshield and the other end high up to the rear. If your bag collects water THROUGH the top you might be able to seal the leak with a convertible top sealer.



FWIW I have not heard of a Boxster top leaking through the fabric. I think it is rubberized in the middle like those mattress covers for babies.
