It works by moving soo fast it "paints" a picture that can been seen by the eye. If you were looking at the wheel in person, and blinked your eyes real fast, you could freeze-frame the light, and the picture would dissapear.

275 40 18s are going to increase the diameter of the wheel a bit... it'll throw off your speedo.

I've got 265 35 18s on the back so they're the same diameter as the fronts.
