My windscreen rattled for my first year of ownership. On MNBoxster's advice, I went to the hardware store and bought weatherstriping that you would use on a front door or screen door. Use it to wedge the windscreen in nice and tight, and voila, not more rattling.
Also, make sure to zip tie the plastic pieces behind the seats. I lost one and they are expensive ( $117 each ) to replace !
Hi, I used a thin strip of transparent silicone along the center of frame and if you need to remove the wind screen it will come off, and then just reapply.
