Whats the real number in crank HP and torque?

According to the guy at the dyno 225 HP
and 198 torque.
pretty low Inumbers I think.....Its meant to be 240 HP and 201 torque.

Conditionds: 4,400 ft elevation
Fuel 89 octane
Mileage of the Car 8,500

I will put a AWE ehaust
Evo intake and dyno again.
Then a Giac chip and Dyno again.

I hope for the elevation and type of fuel I ran this mods will help.
