I agree 100% about the front of this car being way too classy looking to put silver gutter mesh in it. The 986/987 has a timeless no frills look to it, until people start trying to make it an el-paso lowrider pick up truck with shiny metal anywhere that it will fit.

If it was the right thing to do for performance, looks, or re-sale; Porsche's multi million dollar r/d dept would have already done it.

It seems like if you want the mesh to keep debris out, black would be the way to go if it does not adversly affect your performance.
