Nice, how are you enjoying it? Great stuff, but takes a lot of management support and courage. I actually find the teaching aspect the most rewarding.

Client Relationship Manager to the banking world with relevance to the electronic banking segment.

Six Sigma High-jack....Darkhamr

...was just about to begin my six sigma training while still employed by one of the nations largest banks a few years back...it seemed all the rage then...now that particular bank is my largest client and I do not hear any buzz about it anymore...
Do you think the method is losing steam or falling out of favor abit with large corps.?...shoot me a PM if you have a moment to chat. Thanks

Preowned cars are harder to say. most of myine are marked up 3-5k. nut if you get a special car( real hard to find, clean etc) it can be more.

we still push 6S hard, but mostly because our customer likes the appearance of frequent discrete cost-cutting initiatives. maybe it's our corporation's management style, but most lean / 6S events lack follow-through and don't produce results. sometimes the process owner injects himself into the process to try to sway results, too. frustrating. a lot of people at our company are starting to think of lean events / kaizan / VSM as a waste of a week with a birthday party
on friday. again, though, the customer loves it.

i think sometimes american management corrupts the spirit of the japanese ideas.

HAHA! My colleagues are huddled around me and we are crying from laughing so hard at this!!! BTW what kind of cake do you use? We had to cut costs back to McCain's frozen ones.
