Thanks, I understand, that look like a great engine with low miles, would have been a waste to tear it down for an IMS. I'll keep looking. These kinds with the larger bearing either sell quickly on ebay or they just ask way too much for them and they never sell.

Frank, here are pics of the top. I have it removed from the car now. I'll message you this weekend with a price and better idea of the plan. The frame is good, no liner and some scratches in the canvas.

Hello,

I'm also looking for a glass window top including the frame. I see you mentioned you'll be traveling soon. If you have another top, or that other sale doesn't work out for you please let me know. I'm on the west coast but could travel a bit for the top, or I'm also open to seeing what kind of shipping options there are if you have any estimates.

Thanks!
Alex

The top that flmont is buying is the only one that I intend to sell right now. If I decide to sell the other one in the near future I'll let you know.

Alex, the last two cars that I scrapped both had damaged tubing. I just did a quick search for your parts and Pelican has a decent deal on the 99657309101 if you can get the free shipping with it. Looks like the other one is NLA at most places. There's one on eBay in Latvia that's under $100 shipped.

No, only black and (the lighter) blue.

Do you have the aluminum spacers that go on the transmission mounts? For some odd reason I took off and lost them on one of my mounts.

It's possible, but I'll have to dig a bit. captainawesome got the mounts off this car for his wide body 914 project, but I may still have a spare one from another car. I'll get back to you tomorrow evening. Just the right side? From your post:

Dan, I found one spare mount to pull them from. Do you want them?

@78F350 Any chance you might have the left (driver's side) headlight bucket. Basically, I'm looking for the plastic piece in the bottom that has the cam gear in it as my plastic has disintegrated and the bar/cam gear is flopping around.

I'll check. I have some spare headlights and at least one of them has bad wiring with the insulation crumbling. Would it work for me to just send the small part? Price and shipping will be a lot cheaper.

Here's a likely candidate. The bucket is in good condition, just dirty from a rallycross race before it was removed. All of the internal plastic appears to be in good shape. I kept it because the internal lens isn't burned or yellowed and I may use it to replace a bad one.

Here's some choices:
I can disassemble it and mail you small plastic parts for $15 shipped.
I can ship you the whole thing as-is for $70. ...probably $70 anyway assuming that shipping is $35-$40. Less $ if less.
I can disassemble it and send all or some of the internal parts for an as-yet undetermined amount.

Hi 78,

My cabin light, between the visors, won't "click/snap" into the receptacle... for there is missing a little piece of plastic that holds it in straight. Do you have the light that will fit, snug, into my 98? $$ with shipping to 92284?

I've a little piece of sticky rubber helping hold the light up... but it sags after a while. Thanks.

Sorry, not one that will fit a '98.
